Mold Base USA is a new venture within the Lorob Bees manufacturing division, created to bring the same precision and reliability our customers already trust into the mold base industry. Every mold base we produce is machined in-house on our 2024 Haas VM-2 and 2025 Haas CM-1, giving us tight-tolerance control from start to finish.
We’re beginning with 8×8 mold bases to keep things simple and fast, and once these move the way we expect, we’ll be adding larger sizes and more configurations. Whether you need bulk mold base orders, individual custom sets, cavity roughing, finishing, or full machining to print, no option is unrealistic for us. If you need it, we can build it.
Our goal is to scale this division aggressively to meet customer demand, offer faster lead times, and give manufacturers a stateside source they can rely on.
